● Responsible for managing the Human Resources department and day-to-day operations
● Manage recruitment, compensation and benefits (including payroll), labor relations, organization development and training, performance management, employee welfare, and other vital HR functions
● Design, set up, and institutionalize HR-functional systems, policies, and procedures, including performance management
● Represent the Company in cases of a labor dispute and acts as a point person between the Management and employees
● Communicate company goals and objectives, directions, policies, and organizational changes to employees
● Conduct leadership training and other functional training programs to employees
● Design and recommend employee welfare programs and activities to foster teamwork and cultivate a high-performance culture
● Perform organizational checks from time-to-time and provide recommendations to Management to optimize manpower efficiency and performance
● Ensure effective filing and retrieval of personnel records
